Don't allow setbacks to ever erase that
There is a chance and hope for the future
Life is good in a place where there are choices
So make a good one and go with it
The adventure will allow you to grow
And even if it ends up in a different direction
The dream that you pursued
Still lands you somewhere where you belong
So take note of the Red, White, and Blue
And the meaning of the stars and stripes
To be an AMERICAN still soars within our spirit
