1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup crushed saltines
2 tsp black pepper
1 Cup milk
Mix together in a big bowl by hand, shape into loaf and top with glaze (1 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 TBSP mustard mixed together) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
